Thank you for considering the W82GO Service as a treatment option for your patient. In line with the HSE IGCP guidelines children who have a BMI >98th centile for whom you have concern should be reviewed by a paediatrician. To ensure access to the W82GO multi-disciplinary team, patients are first medically screened by a General Paediatricians. If you would like your patient to be seen by a Paediatrician in CHI at Temple Street please complete all sections of the template referral below. Unfortunately the W82GO team cannot accept referrals from doctors based outside Children’s Health Ireland at present
